Now that you know some of the nutritional content of Aloe Vera, you may be wondering if there are some advantages or known health benefits using it. For that reason in this section, I will detail this for you.<\/p>\n
Help with Shedding?<\/h3>\n
Some Bearded Dragon owners believe that Aloe Vera will help with shedding. As you know, shredding can sometimes be painful for some lizards, especially if they do not shed their entire skin successfully.<\/p>\n
The belief is that the soothing and moisturizing qualities of Aloe vera may help if applied to their skin. Personally, I haven’t seen any hard evidence to back it up, apart from here say.<\/p>\n
